Warranty

All our products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects only. If a fault is confirmed upon inspection, we will provide a like-for-like replacement or a refund of the purchase price.

Claims & Inspection Process

  • Physical Inspection: We require a physical assessment of the item to determine the nature of the fault before a claim is approved.

  • Complete Items: All original parts should be included. Missing components may prevent an accurate assessment and could lead to the claim being declined.

  • Please ensure the return item is packaged securely, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Please note that if an item cannot reasonably be returned, we reserve the right to assess the claim based on the information provided and may decline claims that cannot be reasonably verified.

What Is Not Covered

  • Loss of items or missing components (e.g. balls, charms, or screws);
  • Accidental damage (e.g. breakage caused by snagging on clothing, impact, or improper handling);
  • General wear and tear, including scratches, dents, surface marks, or thinning of metal over time;
  • Natural oxidation, tarnishing, or colour changes of metals, which are natural processes and not manufacturing defects;
  • Damage caused by misuse, careless handling, improper storage, improper cleaning, or modification.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit those rights. However, under the CGA, a remedy may not be available where the product has been lost, modified, or damaged due to misuse after it has left our care.
