Ball fell out

Had one of these and the ball fell out, I decided to repurchase and the ball untwisted itself and got lost :( do not recommend

internally threaded nipple bars

Extremely good, bought these due to having issues with externally threaded bars bought elsewhere and has been helping with my healing and it’s only been a week and i’ve seen a massive difference. 100% would buy again
